Outlook contact updating
My phone updated several apps overnight (I didn't look at all of them, so I'm just assuming that one of them was Contacts and/or something related to Outlook) and when I got up today all of my Outlook contacts were gone. I've restarted the phone and resynced my Outlook with the phone, but these contacts just will not appear in my Android any longer. This is my first Android and I imported from my Windows Phone / Outlook contact list so that I wouldn't have to enter them all in again.
Actual Contacts for Outlook is an add-in for updating your address book and monitoring validity of e-mail addresses in contacts.
You can also go to the invitation from your i Phone, i Pad, i Pod touch, or Mac and choose Report Junk Information about products not manufactured by Apple, or independent websites not controlled or tested by Apple, is provided without recommendation or endorsement.
Apple assumes no responsibility with regard to the selection, performance, or use of third-party websites or products. Other company and product names may be trademarks of their respective owners.
Actual Contacts for Outlook also supports validation of the recipient list in Mail Merge Mode in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word (a mail merge function is prerequisite for version 2002 or later ones).
In order to check an address, add-in for Outlook imitates sending a message to this address.
Almost all e-mail clients and mobile devices can import this information into their contact lists. A standart message with an HTML form based on the contact's field entries is sent to the contact's e-mail address.
If the e-mail client of your respondent supports HTML, he or she can correct his/her information in the fields of the form and send it back.
While in general this is great, it creates some issues especially with synchronizing to my mobile phone due to the phone number formatting and the length of the Notes field.
Now Actual Contacts for Outlook has the full functionality of Contacts Verifier add-in which was earlier offered as a separate tool for Outlook.
Processing of user-defined fields has been changed : if you have some user-defined fields in your forms you can use them in Actual Contacts Outlook add-in templates by adding these fields into templates with the same names.
